4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 399vip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Limits and Process

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposit funds must come from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Process

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Currency Conversion

All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. The relevant bank or mobile banking service is responsible for any conversion or transaction fees.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 15x.

5.3 VIP Program

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or attempts to exploit system errors are detected, 399vip reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6. Betting Rules

399vip offers betting across various gaming categories including cricket, slots, Teen Patti, poker, and live casino. Each category is subject to its own rules.

6.1 Bet Limits

• Each game or market has a defined minimum and maximum bet limit.

6.2 Betting Dispute Resolution

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by 399vip

399vip may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Due to regular legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Balance During Suspension

All transactions will be temporarily suspended while the account is under investigation. The balance will be released once the investigation is complete and no violation is proven.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399vip will not be held liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Loss caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from accidentally disclosing account information.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

In any circumstance, 399vip's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited into your account over the past 30 days.
